Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 tbsp raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup warm water, 170–185°F
  • 1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon, optional

Method
 

  1. Add the unflavored gelatin powder to a cup or heat-safe glass.
  2. Pour warm water over the gelatin and stir until fully dissolved. Do not use boiling water.
  3. Add the raw apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice, then stir well.
  4. Stir in Ceylon cinnamon if using.
  5. Drink 20 to 30 minutes before your largest meal of the day.

Notes

Take this drink 20 to 30 minutes before your largest meal. Use warm water, not boiling water, so the gelatin dissolves properly. If sensitive to apple cider vinegar, start with 1/2 tablespoon and increase gradually. Always dilute ACV and rinse your mouth with water after drinking to help protect tooth enamel. People with GERD, acid reflux, diabetes medications, or prescription GLP-1 medications should consult a healthcare professional before using this recipe regularly.
