Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2-3 tbsp cold water
  • 1/2 cup hot water (170°F / 75°C)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1/2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)

Method
 

  1. Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 3–5 minutes until fully bloomed and spongy.
  2. Pour the hot water over the bloomed gelatin and whisk vigorously for 30–45 seconds until completely dissolved and clear.
  3. Stir in the unsweetened cranberry juice until evenly combined.
  4. Add the apple cider vinegar along with the optional lemon juice and cinnamon if using. Stir well.
  5. For a warm drink, allow the mixture to cool slightly and consume 15–20 minutes before your meal.
  6. For gelatin cubes, pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
  7. Eat 4–5 gelatin cubes about 20 minutes before meals or enjoy the warm version as directed.

Notes

For a milder flavor, reduce the vinegar and add honey and lemon juice. Store prepared cubes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
