  • 2–3 tbsp cold water
  • 180 ml hot green tea (about 3/4 cup, not boiling)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger (optional)
  • 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)

Equipment

  • kettle or saucepan
  • cup or bowl
  • whisk or spoon
  • measuring spoons
  • silicone molds (optional)

Method

  1. Brew green tea and let it cool slightly to about 170°F (75°C), avoiding boiling temperature.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 3–5 minutes until spongy.
  3. Pour the warm green tea over the bloomed gelatin and whisk thoroughly until fully dissolved and clear.
  4. Add lemon juice, ginger, salt, and honey if using. Stir well to combine.
  5. Consume as a drink or pour into molds and refrigerate 2–3 hours to make cubes. Take 15–20 minutes before meals.

Notes

Consume 15–20 minutes before meals for best effect. Optional ingredients like ginger and honey improve taste and digestive support. Can be turned into cubes by refrigerating for 2–3 hours. Not a replacement for medical treatments.
