Gelatin Protocol for Ozempic Nausea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp plain unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup warm water or plain broth

Method
 

  1. Warm one cup of water or plain broth until comfortably warm, but not hot.
  2. Add one tablespoon of plain unflavored gelatin to the warm water or broth.
  3. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the drink is smooth.
  4. Sip the warm gelatin drink slowly over 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Wait approximately 30 minutes before attempting to eat anything else.

Notes

Use warm, not hot, water or plain broth. Sip slowly over 10 to 15 minutes. Do not add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, or other acidic ingredients during nausea episodes, as they may worsen gastrointestinal irritation. Take the drink about 30 minutes before attempting to eat. Always consult your prescribing physician before changing your GLP-1 medication or treatment plan.
